Wild About Art - "We Are Family - The Spirit in Art" - Liam Herbert - Jeweler/Sculptor

Please join us Saturday, July 4th at 8 am for "Wild About Art," Rowe Fine Art Gallery's Live-stream series. Use THIS LINK to begin watching. This is such a fun and unique way to learn about Ken Rowe and our award-winning family of artists - their talents, personalities, and driving force behind their creations. With all the positive response we have received from this series, we are happy to announce that plans are in the works to bring you a second season beginning in the fall!

Let's enjoy this last episode of this season, Episode 15, with Liam Herbert! During our summer break from the series, we will continue to keep you updated on new work by our family of artists and all the happenings at Rowe Fine Art Gallery in Sedona!

In Episode 15, "We Are Family: The Spirit in Art," our very own multi-media artist, Liam Herbert, will grace us with his visionary presentation on being an artist. Liam is eager to share with us his personal history - one that led him as a child to embark on the artist's journey. For Liam, it was a natural choice. For us, the exploration of why he creates may shed a light on the creative process itself, as well as lead us to ponder our own creative spirit. For those who do not make their living in the arts, a love of art and engagement with art and artists is a contribution to the human, artistic endeavor.

A LIFE OF LEARNING AND REWARDS
At the age of seven, Liam began making art by carving wood under the tutelage of renowned abstract wood expressionist Raoul Hague in Woodstock, New York. He received formal training at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. While living in the city, Liam worked as a production property master on more than 50 Broadway shows. Today, he resides in Sedona, Arizona. Liam's work has appeared in the New York Post, Art Talk, Phoenix Magazine, and Sedona Monthly.
